ARB says Safety first

4WD Accesories

An experienced team of designers and engineers ensure that ARB products not only keep up with style trends, but remain industry leaders in strength and compatibility with vehicle systems such as SRS airbags and vehicle sensors.

Comp rehensive testing goes into each and every product to guarantee not only perfect fitment but also compliance with regulations such as ADR (Australian Design Rules).

ARB assesses each vehicle’s crush characteristics and replicates the crush rate into its bull bar and mounting design.

ARB’s production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art tooling such as CNC sheet fabrication, guillotining, robot welding, CNC bending, machining and turning machines as well as in-house powder-coating and spray painting plants.

Bull bars

ARB makes a vast range of bull bars to suit 4x4s manufactured in the 1970s to the present day. Bull bar design factors in vehicle design, crush rate, airbag deployment, airflow, approach angles, strength, accessory fitment and aesthetics to ensure it achieves perfect integration and maximum protection of the 4x4.

Summit Bars – The all new Summit bar is a modern interpretation of the renowned ARB Deluxe bar, styled to complement modern dual cab and wagon vehicles through a fresh, contemporary design language.

Deluxe Bars – ARB’s most extensive range with bars available for most models, Deluxe bars are manufactured from steel for maximum strength, and with a powder-coated black finish they feature upswept taper wing design for maximum strength and clearance. The uprights and top tube not only protect headlights and bonnet but also allow for mounting of aerials, etc.

Sahara Bars – These share many of the features of the Deluxe bar but come in a bumper-only version with the option of a polished centre tube. They are finished in a millennium grey powder coat.

Commercial Bars – ARB Commercial bars are a cost effective alternative to the Deluxe and Summit bars, still made from steel with a similar design offering a comparable level of protection, but without some of the aesthetic features such as over riders and fog light provision. Designed for fleet operators.

Alloy Bars – The new Alloy bar is designed to complement modern four-wheel-drive models with press forming providing smooth edges resulting in a bull bar that integrates with the vehicle flawlessly.

Side Rails and Side Steps – Manufactured from tubular steel and mounted to the chassis these provide great protection for the side of your 4x4 from rocks and other obstacles. ARB side rails and steps are fully compatible with 4x4s fitted with side airbags.

Under Vehicle Protection (UVP) – Manufactured from laser cut, pressed and folded  three mm steel, ARB’s range of underbody protection panels are up to 56 percent stronger than folded steel alone. They are zinc plated and finished in a durable powder-coat, mount to the chassis, and panels can be individually removed for ease of servicing.

Summit Rear Step Tow Bars – Built around a tubular steel sub frame finished in a textured black powder coat, the new Summit RSTB includes an integrated tow hitch, provisions for an ARB air compressor and trailer camera wiring, 50 amp Anderson plug and trailer plug wiring. With four easily accessible ARB jack points, the Summit RSTB is ready for the most demanding off road use.

Summit Raw RSTB – The latest to the range is a stripped back Summit RSTB and offers a great deal of protection without the press-formed wing panels, whilst still retaining most of the other great features-

Rear Step Tow Bars – ARB’s RSTBs for utes combine an integrated heavy towing system with a massive amount of protection for vulnerable rear panels. Manufactured from steel using an extremely strong vehicle-specific mounting system these bars come complete with removable receiver hitch, towing eyes and tread plate step and are finished in a durable powder-coat finish.

Rear Bars – ARB’s Rear bar range for wagon-style 4x4s are fully chassis mounted with receiver hitch tow bar and have the option of fitting swing-out wheel carriers and jerry can holders.  These can also be used to mount items such as a hi lift jack or work light to the rear of the vehicle.
