hosted by Hawarden-Waikari and Amuri Lions Club. 4WD tour through Eskhead and Lake Taylor Stations progressing through Eskhead Station, crossing over the South Branch of the Hurunui River (if it is fordable) and into Lake Taylor Station to finish on the shore of Lake Taylor, visiting Lake Mason on the way. This is a not-to-be-missed tour of magnificent back country in the watershed of both branches of the Hurunui River. Vehicles will need to be at Eskhead Station entrance by 9am to start the tour.
