All new arrival from France

News and General

The Arkana is an all-new vehicle for Renault and something new and fresh for what some suggest is an already crowded segment.

A two-model range – for now – Arkana’s Zen and Intens models are both powered by a 1.3-litre, direct injection, turbocharged engine mated to a seven-speed, Efficient Dual Clutch (EDC) transmission.

Against its rivals, Arkana has greater ground clearance, is longer in body and wheelbase, wider and offers better bootspace, making it a formidable competitor against the mainstream players.

Arkana Zen is priced at $39,990 while the Intens comes in at $44,990. Both offer up 115kW of power and 262Nm of torque and both models are five-star ANCAP safety rated.
