Honda confirms pricing and grades for refreshed 2026 CR-V range

News and General

As part of its latest mid-model update, the CR-V line-up expands to offer greater choice across hybrid and petrol powertrains, including two hybrid variants and two all-wheel-drive options.
The updated CR-V range will be offered in four grades, with pricing as follows (all prices are plus on-road costs):

• CR-V Hybrid RS AWD – $75,000
• CR-V Hybrid X (2WD) – $62,000
• CR-V L AWD (Petrol) – $59,000
• CR-V X (2WD Petrol) – $51,000

This expanded line-up gives New Zealand customers greater flexibility to choose between efficiency, performance and drivetrain capability, while maintaining the comfort, practicality and reliability the CR-V is known for.

Hybrid performance and efficiency.
Both hybrid grades are powered by Honda’s advanced e:HEV two-motor hybrid system, delivering smooth, responsive performance with strong real-world efficiency and quiet operation.

The Hybrid RS AWD sits at the top of the range, combining hybrid efficiency with intelligent all-wheel-drive capability and additional premium features, reinforcing its position as the most advanced CR-V offered in New Zealand.

Petrol range and AWD capability
Petrol variants continue to play an important role in the CR-V range, offering customers a familiar driving experience with the option of all-wheel drive. Both petrol models are powered by a 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo engine producing 140kW and 240Nm, paired with a CVT transmission.

Technology, safety and comfort upgrades
Across the range, the refreshed CR-V benefits from a step up in technology, safety and everyday convenience, with features including:
• Honda Sensing driver assistance technology
• Digital driver displays and touchscreen infotainment
• Honda Connect and Google-based services on selected grades
• Wireless smartphone connectivity and charging
• Premium interior finishes and enhanced seating comfort
• Advanced convenience features such as 360-degree multi-view camera and Head-
Up Display on higher grades
(Features vary by grade.)

The refreshed 2026 Honda CR-V range is available nationwide from 1 February.
