Bull bars made to suit
Ironman 4x4’s replacement winch bull bars are designed, engineered and tested in Australia. Every Ironman 4x4 bull bar is carefully crafted from premium grade materials and components to deliver the most comprehensive frontal protection and styling available.
Ironman 4x4 bull bars are carefully modelled using 3D vehicle scanning techniques to achieve optimal cosmetic design whilst providing maximum vehicle collision protection. All bars are made from the highest quality SPHC oil and pickled steel (not mild steel) to give maximum strength and rust resistance.
The finish on Ironman 4x4 bull bars is top quality using the AKZO NOBEL powder coat system, which gives a thicker, smoother and more durable coating. Bars can also be colour coded to match your new truck colour.
Along with winch and airbag compatibility, ironman 4x4 bull bars offer affordable protection for your utility or wagon.
Ironman 4x4 bull bars have a high strength mounting design utilising a replacement cross member that goes in the front of the chassis to which a winch can be mounted. The bar is then bolted to the new cross member. This design gives the ultimate in strength when winching as the winch is mounted to the chassis and not the bull bar itself. The majority of bars for late model vehicles are full replacement meaning the original whole front bumper is removed and replaced. This avoids the need to cut the bumper and results in a perfect fit. Very few other bars on the market offer the same features.
Ironman 4x4 has five bar types available starting with the Black Commercial bar. This is a black steel bar with A frame triple loop design and has LED park and indicator/day runner lights included. The Black Deluxe bar is of similar design but has a driving light as well as the park and indicator light incorporated into the section below the existing vehicle headlight. The driving light can be replaced with a LED driving light to match vehicles fitted with LED driving lights. These bars are airbag/winch compatible, have an aerial mount as well as mounting points for additional driving lights, tough polyurethane bumper pads and a tough powder coat finish.
The Pro Guard Winch bar can be supplied as a no loop bar or has the option to add a single loop to the centre or a full polished stainless steel triple loop. The Pro Guard bar is winch and airbag compatible with reenforced mounts for the winch and fairlead, has an aerial mount and tough polyurethane bump pads. Bull bars are available for most modern vehicles and can be fitted at authorised dealers throughout the country.

Side steps and rails
Side steps and rails are available for most vehicles. These are a strong alternative to factory side steps and are connected directly to the chassis. These are tubular in design and have a checker plate cover to assist with vehicle access and sill protection. Side steps are hybrid so they can either be used as side steps or if a bull bar is fitted side rails can be added to give side guard and added headlight protection.
