New ute gets new gear

Products

New Zealand ute accessory manufacturer Utemaster is among the first to release accessories for the new 2023 Volkswagen Amarok.

With showroom stock of the Amarok heading out to VW’s dealer network this month, owners will be able to customise their new utes with canopies. Load lids and much more.

For more than 13 years, Utemaster has been a leader in New Zealand’s ute accessory market, manufacturing products built for the Kiwi lifestyle.

The company’s products are designed to help get work done and make adventuring easier, making them a favourite among ute owners.

Utemaster uses state of the art technology to test and verify products before they are released to the market. This means that customers can be assured that the products they buy are of high quality and meet the standards the brand is known for.

The products are designed to use factory mounting points and match the contour of the vehicle, ensuring they are easy to install and fit perfectly. Additionally, all products are supported by a national dealer network.

The new line-up of products for the 2023 VW Amarok includes the Load-lid and Centurion canopy.

All will fit the four new Amarok models: Life, Style, PanAmericana and Adventura.

Load-lid
The Utemaster Load-Lid doubles wellside capacity with a 200kg load rating.

It allows users to lock away sensitive tools and adventure gear in the wellside, and then secure large items such as bikes, building materials and other gear directly on top of the lid. This means owners can take more gear than they ever could with a roller shutter or tonneau cover. This product will be available as standard or to suit existing factory sports bars.

Centurion canopy
Traditionally, ute canopies are constructed with fibreglass or ABS plastic which can mean they have poor access, a lack of strength, and minimal security.

Utemaster’s Centurion canopy is built of aluminium and designed with access, strength, and security in mind making it the ultimate canopy for both the jobsite, and weekend missions.

Its full width doors make accessing gear easy, saving valuable time when unloading gear at the construction site or weekend adventure destination.
