Raising the X-Bar offroad

Products

Merging over 65 years of towbar expertise with tough 4×4 design, Hayman Reese has released its latest innovation in towbars, the X-Bar.

Designed specifically for cab-chassis 4WDers, with forged rated recovery points, maximum clearance and superior strength. The X-Bar meets the three most important needs for off-road enthusiasts.

Recovery rated

X-Bar is the first towbar to come standard with three recovery points rated to a maximum of 8000kg. This gives 4WDers a safe recovery option with their towing solution.

Maximum clearance

Positioned 100mm higher than a standard towbar, the X-Bar allows maximum ground clearance over rough terrain. The integrated bash plate fuses with the clean design and keeps wiring safe and out of the way.

Superior strength

Made stronger to handle any off-road situation, the X-Bar features increased thickness on its side and centre plates, as well as forged recovery points and forged trailer ball mount. Compliant to New Zealand standards, the X-Bar with rated recovery points is a 4WDer’s ultimate towbar.

To keep the trailer plugs protected, the X-Bar has dual plug points in between the top plate and bash plate, keeping them free from damage.

Encompassing the quality synonymous with Hayman Reese, the X-Bar comes standard with MetalShield, two-stage paint protection, SmartClick vehicle specific wiring solutions and bolt bag.

The X-Bar is the ultimate solution to the three key problems faced by cab-chassis 4WDers. No longer is there a need to be worried about recovery and clearance, X-Bar by Hayman Reese is the answer.

Covering 10 of the most popular cab-chassis utes the new X-Bar is priced from $1,667.50 RRP (plus fitting and wiring) and is available now at Hayman Reese stockists around New Zealand.
