Yakima has the shower solution for adventuring

Sandy feet, dirty paws, and muddy bikes and muddy people. Yakima’s RoadShower is a trusty sidekick that provides pure luxury in the outdoors – the convenience of pressurised water in the middle of nowhere.
The RoadShower is warmed by the sun. The unit’s dependable attachment to an overlanding vehicle or trailer allows all kinds of adventure fun and a fast clean-up before returning to civilisation.
Go biking or hiking, go fishing or hunting. The sun heats up the water in the tank. Check the thermometer and enjoy a warm shower, or blast off those messy campsite dishes.
The RoadShower is available as a small or medium unit. The patented design is built strong, with welded aluminium construction and a durable powder coated finish. A large top-cap allows for easy filling.
Here’s the clever bit – the unit is pressurised either using the car or bike-style Schrader air valve.
That means it can be pressurised on a service station forecourt, or using a hand or electric pump. A built-in pressure relief valve safely and automatically tops out at 65 psi (max).
How hot is that water? There’s an adhesive stick-on thermometer strip for the outside of the tank.
The RoadShower includes two outlet water ports, one on each end, for convenient water access.
There’s a 140 cm hose and FlexHead shower head attachments (sold separately) in two lengths – medium 48cm (#8004104) and large 76cm (#8004106).
Security is also covered off: the RoadShower locks to a roof rack with SKS locks.
Stainless steel universal mounting hardware fits all Yakima crossbars and most other roof racks.
The RoadShower has a one year limited warranty.
Models available are:
• RoadShower Medium with 26 litres (38kg) of water.
• RoadShower Small (15 litre capacity).
